All items purchased from CQB Publications (UK) Limited remain the property of the company until payment has been made in full for those items puchased. For customers paying online or by cheque/Postal Order, your items will only be despatched after payment has been cleared into our bank account.

Damaged items should be reported to CQB Publications (UK) Limited immediately upon receipt.. We will only respond to the original party who made payment for the item(s) purchased, and not to a third party. We will require the Invoice/Sales receipt reference number supplied with your order. Replacements and refunds will only usually be made in respect of damaged/missing items.

Age Declaration

Please note that although SHARKEE™ Training Knives are made of plastic and do not have a “live” blade, they are only available for purchase by people aged over 18.

CQB Publications (UK) Limited reserves the right to request proof of age with any purchase, and also reserves the right to refuse any order if we are not satisfied with information provided.
